Hello, and welcome.
My name is Bil Rosky and I am a cartoonist for hire.I have designed coffee mugs, magnets and greeting cards for the tourist industry,t-shirts and logos for teams and events and animations for presentations and websites.I can provide cartoons in black and white or full color. Generally, black and white cartoons are up to $100 and full color is up to $200, but please contact me for an estimate.

BALDING EAGLES

I started balding eagles during a brief stint of unemployment after moving to Alaska to keep myself sane. They are inspired by the two eagles that lived in the nearby cove and what I imagined they might talk about all day. Other characters that show up would occupy the posts when the eagles were gone. I'll update eagles once a month, so be sure to check in on them.
